Vicus Caprarius (City of Water)

Saturday, February 17th (11.00 am)

Join the Association for a fascinating guided tour of the archaeological site below the Trevi District! We have all seen the magnificent Trevi Fountain but how many of us have been underneath it? Our next tour will take us more than nine meters below road level to discover the archaeological site of Vicus Caprarius – (the city of water)!

We will start promptly at 11.00 am, therefore please arrange to arrive by 10.50 am. The meeting point will be at Vicolo del Puttarello 25, 9 minutes on foot from the Metro A – Barberini. The tour will last approx. 40 minutes.

The fee for the guided tour is €8.00 (including admission ticket). Please confirm with the Association if you wish to attend by 14th February. The maximum will be 15 (members only).

Please try to bring the €8.00 in cash so we can pay directly at the entrance.
